Al-Azhar expresses its condemnation and rejection of an “extremist” Israeli official storming the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque

Al-Azhar Al-Sharif condemned the barbaric behavior committed by a highly extremist Zionist official, who stormed the courtyards of the holy Al-Aqsa Mosque amidst brutal guards following the Zionist entity, in a shameful scene from the scenes of the Zionist occupation through which he continued his criminal series of desecration of Islamic sanctities.
Al-Azhar stressed in a statement today that these provocative actions clearly reflect the barbarism of the Zionist entity and its attempt to impose a political reality by force of arms, and to change the historical identity of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, stressing that history will not forgive the Zionist entity, its supporters, or those who are silent about these crimes for the sins they committed. And inhumane and immoral attitudes towards religious sanctities and the rights of the Palestinian owners of the land and the just cause.
Al-Azhar called for the international community to take critical actions to stop these continuous crimes by the Zionist entity and to protect the religious sanctities in Al-Quds and the entire occupied Palestinian territories from the oppression of the Zionist enemy.
Al-Azhar Al-Sharif concluded his statement by saying: History will remember with resentment and rejection of this dark era when the inevitable day comes and the silence of the international community on the crimes of the Zionist entity over the decades will not be forgotten.
