President El-Sisi Reviews Development of National Authority for Social Insurance

Yesterday, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met with Advisor to the President for Urban Planning Major General Amir Sayed Ahmed and Head of the National Authority for Social Insurance Major General Gamal Awad.
The spokesman for the presidency said the meeting reviewed the process of developing the National Authority for Social Insurance, within the framework of a comprehensive future vision, which includes modernizing the administrative structure of the Authority and its insurance headquarters, including citizen service offices, in addition to promoting mechanization and digital transformation, and developing human resources. This is in addition to achieving electronic integration and networking with various government agencies, as well as improving the work environment within the Authority.
The President gave directives to continue the comprehensive development of the Authority, especially electronic modernization and digital archiving, as well as raising the efficiency of the various components of its infrastructure, and the governance of exchange and collection operations, within the framework of the state’s efforts to improve the level of insurance services offered to pensioners and beneficiaries, leading to the provision of a social insurance system that is characterized by the highest levels of efficiency in service and sustainability, and meets the needs of people dealing with the Authority.
