President El-Sisi Congratulates the President of China on his Re-election for a New Term 

Yesterday, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi sent a cable of congratulations to President of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping, for his re-election for a new term.

The Spokesman for the Presidency, Counselor Ahmed Fahmy, said President El-Sisi wished the Chinese president success in realizing the aspirations of the Chinese people to achieve more advancement and progress.

The President lauded the historic and strong friendship between Egypt and China and looked forward to continuing joint action and coordination between the two countries in an atmosphere of trust and mutual understanding that have always characterized their strategic cooperation. The President confirmed confidence that bilateral ties will witness further positive development in the coming years, in the interest of the two peoples and countries
