The Minister of Sports holds several meetings with the heads of sports bodies

Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, affirmed the ministry’s keenness to create an atmosphere and provide a suitable environment for the development, renaissance and stability of the sports system and for all Egyptian bodies and clubs, especially the Jamahiriya ones.

Pointing out that the ministry is closely following the performance of all sports bodies in order to ensure their stability and achievement of the goals and achievements that please the Egyptian sports fans, whether through the construction boom in which the Egyptian clubs contribute greatly, including the Al-Ahly Club stadium that is being implemented and is being followed up with the Al-Ahly Club Board of Directors. As well as the Zamalek Club Stadium, as well as the completion of development work and new constructions for various clubs, including Al-Masry, Ismaili and other Egyptian mass clubs.

In this context, the Minister of Youth and Sports received yesterday evening Counselor Mortada Mansour, President of Zamalek Club, in light of the desire of the club president to hold a meeting with the minister to study and discuss some issues and administrative requirements for implementing some investments, developing some facilities, and completing the administrative steps and procedures for the Zamalek Club stadium. During the meeting, the president of Zamalek Club reviewed some of the administrative problems and challenges facing the club during the current period.

The Minister of Youth and Sports also met with Professor Gamal Allam, President of the Egyptian Football Association. In addition to maximizing the role of the federation in the field of supporting sports practice and discovering football talents through national projects to discover talented footballers, including the Capitano project, the Stars of Egypt project and football academies. Serves the Egyptian teams.

The Minister of Youth met on a previous date with the President of the Ismaili Club, who submitted his resignation, and the Minister seeks during the coming period to follow up all requirements related to the stability of the Ismaili Club and to achieve administrative discipline for the Ancient club in a way that satisfies and fulfills the aspirations of its fans during the coming period.
