Presidential decrees to allocate state-owned lands for development projects

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued decree no. 567 of 2022 on allocating state-owned lands in three governorates for establishing a number of development projects.
The president issued decree no.568 of 2022 on allotting a plot of land with an area of 24 feddans in Beni Suef governorate to establish a dry port and a logistics area.
President Sisi also issued decree no. 573 of 2022 on allocating some plots of state-owned lands in Red Sea governorate for building tree planting spaces.
The president issued decree no. 575 of 2022 on designating a plot of land with an area of 59 feddans in the Red Sea resort city of Hurghada for erecting a gas pressure reduction station.
President Sisi issued decree no. 567 of 2022 on allocating a plot of land with an area of 59 feddans in South Sinai governorate for establishing a power station.
The decrees were published in the official gazette on Thursday 15/12/2022.
