Rashwan said that President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi always surprises us with the speed of responding to the national dialogue demands .Explaining that President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi was appealed yesterday, After sentencing the human rights activist Patrick Zaki and others to use his constitutional powers to pardon him, and indeed, 24 hours did not pass without this republican decision, which was characterized by a quick response to the demands of the national dialogue.

And he continued that this response is not the first to the demands of the national dialogue, and the most prominent of the previous responses was the lament of full judicial supervision of all general elections in Egypt, and also the response took place within 24 hours and transferred it to the competent authorities.

The General Coordinator of the National Dialogue explained, during his meeting with the “Extra News” satellite channel that the demands of the national dialogue were also responded to by easing the burdens on some citizens, which issued economic and social decisions and stated that they come in response to the national dialogue

He pointed out that we saw at the Youth Conference in Borg Al Arab when President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi announced that whenever ideas, suggestions, or recommendations reach him from the national dialogue, he will use his constitutional right without restriction or condition in approving them, otherwise what falls within the powers of any party, he will refer him to it.

The General Coordinator of the National Dialogue pointed out that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi encourages the national dialogue at every step. This encouragement is an encouragement for a positive climate. Because these decisions lead to a positive climate for all participants.

He also continued that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s intervention and response in accordance with his constitutional powers is a true translation of the outcomes of the National Dialogue sessions in all its axes.

Rashwan concluded his speech by saying that President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi uses his constitutional right and does not encroach on any other authority, whether legislative or representative.
